Who this is for

Somebody plants the trees.
Somebody builds the fence.

Somebody runs the fertility clinic, the commercial bakery, the septic company, the equipment rental yard. Real businesses. Real money. Real people.

And almost none of them come up at career day.

If you run something people don't picture when they think "business owner," you're exactly who I'm looking for. You don't need a big following. You don't need to be a good talker. You just need to have built something and be willing to talk about how.

What's actually involved

It's a conversation. That's the whole thing.

Most people say yes and then worry they've signed up for something complicated. You haven't. Here's all of it.

Before you wonder

No pitch.
No get-rich-quick.
Nothing to buy, ever.
Just an honest conversation with someone who built something.

Who's asking

I'm Chris Latham, and I got tired of hearing about the same ten jobs.

My kids are going to grow up hearing doctor, lawyer, engineer, influencer. Meanwhile there's someone down the road running a tree service with fourteen employees and a six-week waitlist.

Somebody should be writing that down. So I am.

Next-Gen Fridays

My last show had the same instinct behind it, pointing a camera at people the coverage usually skips, and letting them tell it themselves. Same job, different subject. Have a look at how those turned out before you decide.
